Real Estate Background

I've been involved in real estate investment and management since 1992. In 1999, I co-founded a real estate investment and management company, A&E Management, that focuses on rehabilitating homes and creating safe, clean housing for low-income families. In 2000, I co- founded JET Holdings, LLC, a local company that invests in distressed residential and commercial rental properties. In 2004, I opened the Keller Williams Premier Realty office in Canon City. In 2006, I began hiring and training a team of professional buyer specialists to support my goal of 100% buyer and seller client satisfaction while providing maximum exposure for my seller clients.

Interesting Facts

Prior to real estate, I was an air traffic controller and vice-president of the local National Air Traffic Controllers Association in the world's largest air traffic control center near Oakland, California. Later, I worked for Raytheon at NASA's Ames Research Center, and in 1999, I co-founded a small company called NightHawkers Apparel which developed and sold cool reflective motorcycle clothing.
